    Description

    Dark Blue Staffordshire Basket of Flowers w/Shells pattern Teapot circa 1825
    Brilliant dark blue pot with shiny glaze and a desirable shell pattern.  The base is near perfect with only minor glaze wear to the end of the spout, a couple small flakes to the inner flange that is covered by the lid and one in the making "kiln kiss" that took some glaze off on the upper rim, otherwise fine.  The lid has some chipping/flaking to the edge, some chipping to the underside edge and a few pinhead size nicks on the finial edge, otherwise fine.  Measures 7&3/4" to the top of the finial, 11&3/4" handle to spout.
    Insurance is included in the cost of Shipping, but you won't need it with our Professional Packaging!
