    Description

    English Jackfield teapot, circa 1760.
    Extremely fine example of this 18th Century English pottery, featuring raised fruiting and flowering vines, crabstock handle and spout, three paw feet and a figural eagle finial.  Quite a bit of the original gilding remains.
    Measures about 8" long by 5 1/2" tall.
    Excellent appearance, with well done professional restoration visible with black light, including tip of spout, repair to finial, and some repair to handle and possibly some on raised design.
