ARTIFACT:
This is a circa early 1900s advertising clicker for Moxie soft drink. Moxie was first marketed in 1878, sans carbonated water, as a medicine by Dr. Augustin Thompson of Union, Maine. The clicker is by Whitehead & Hoag.
VINTAGE:
Circa early 1900s.
SIZE:
Approximately 1-1/4” in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS:
Celluloid-wrapped tin.
